- 3 tbsp honey (I sometimes us maple syrup)
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/4 ground ginger

Directions
- In a blender all all ingredients. Blend until ginger is turned to pulp.
- Using a colander poor ingredients into a bowl then transfer to a mason jar.
- To taste add to water, hot water or soda water.
- Keep refrigerated up to a week.
