Keep this in the fridge and add it to your plain old water for a little zing in your day! Good for your tummy too!

Ingredients

Recipe
  • 3 tbsp honey (I sometimes us maple syrup)
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/4 ground ginger

Instructions

Directions
  1. In a blender all all ingredients. Blend until ginger is turned to pulp.
  2. Using a colander poor ingredients into a bowl then transfer to a mason jar.
  3. To taste add to water, hot water or soda water.
  4. Keep refrigerated up to a week.
